Supreme Court Refuses To Take Up Al-Arian Case

Not only were many of us Floridians appalled that Sammy Al Arian was not sentenced for all his crimes, we were also appalled that the then current President of his college, Bette Castor, defended him throughout the trial period and then, had the hutzpah of running for Governor of Florida on the Democratic line.
