It's very nice and righteous that Mr. Shafran feels protective of unborn babies, but why does then does he disregard their safety once they are actually born. Mr. Shafran is in charge of a powerful lobby group that is against requiring private schools from conducting background checks on all people that can be in contact with those precious lives [at a stage when they are already alive!!!], he's is against requiring a central registry that will contain all information and reports about teachers and others that are accused of sexually or physically abusing children. Who is Mr. Shafran kidding by playing noble protector of the unborn - first protect those, or at the very least don't impede others who are trying to protect the innocent children that are already alive.
