If Ms. Quinn wishes the judge to "defer to the legislative process," perhaps she should demonstrate how that is done by allowing the council to vote on the street name change. It begins to seem that the people are required to see things Ms. Quinn's way in order not to be labeled 'devisive.' I assume Ms. Quinn is a Democrat.
