With everybody watching, the guardians stole Judge John Phillips blind --- blatantly, boldly, and right out in the open.

Forced guardianships are a nationwide epidemic. No one is safe. Not your grandparents, not your parents, not you.

It's all about money. The guardians and their attorneys get it all and they leave a wide path of destruction -- broken lives and broken bank accounts. When all the money is gone (and it goes quickly!) the guardian moves on to his/her next victim and the US taxpayers pick up the tab for the victim's care via Medicaid.
