This article is right on the dot. It shows all the corruption and fraud that has grown into this system. The most hypocritical comments yesterday came from the European Parliament however. They want the man to go (and rightly so), but conveniently forget all the pay-perks they get themselves for their vacation-jobs. Claiming air tickets for car trips, claiming hotel costs that not existed. Etc. It is all documented but never gets into the papers. Maybe if some Americans could start to attack these issues some clean-up could start to happen here as well.
