Not much to dispute in your article, except to note the obvious fact you amazingly managed to avoid: that what is called nationalization is in fact a taking, an expropriation. Nations that nationalize foreign investments are breaking contracts; they are demonstrating their contempt for the rule of law.
Such enterprises SHOULD fail; and actions of theft on a national scale should be cited by the free press, not danced around by a discussion of the concequences.
