Developers Mull Uses for Rare Rock Excavated for Tunnels

That's the sort of thinking that should go into major projects like this. Even if the rock is not of workable quality, that is a lot of clean fill that could be put to use in a positive way somewhere.

It makes me wonder . . . what happens to all the rock they've excavated from the water tunnels? Now that is a truly a lot of rock.
