As an exmormon, I know from experience how effective the "brainwashing" can be in the LDS church. Anything that half-way resembles an attack against the church causes a Mormon to stop listening completely. This is compounded when articles like this express hearsay as facts. Case in point Joseph Smith had ~32 documented wives, a fact many Mormons still deny despite church produced videos that readily admit it. Brigham Young was the one with the 80+ wives. A small error like that is all it would take for an article like this on (that is trying to be honest and fair in it's approach) to be branded "anti-mormon" and therefore untrustworthy. Just a thought.
