OK; this comment is addressed to you, dear Candace and especially to Ms. Marcoci, who as a curator has THE Finger to show what is what. I see that there is a new trend to paint directly on the walls of Museums, less Galleries, because their owners care about them.
The genuine geniality of Mr. Perjovschi really deserved such a canvas. When you are not able to find or accept true Art, you start, as a curator, to oscillate between the best and the worst and choose the worst because is shocking. I do not comprehend how this eroded fashion of looking for shock still produces shocks. Actually it doesn't; it is the scare crows department. "This art has a message" you would say. Sorry, there is no message to be found, and I could bet all my savings that even Ms. Marcoci wouldn't like this kind of art in her own home.
