I, for one, would rather be on the side of Israel and God's chosen people than against them. Over and over again, throughout its 5000 year history, Israel has over come superior odds and triumphed over its enemies. America is already in serious decline as it follows Europe into its post-Christian, amoral one-state. And, it is not just Godliness since the modern nation of Israel is not particularly religous. It is whether or not America has the moral fiber and background to defend one of the outstanding democracies in the world or whether we will just cave to popular opinion, the rest of the world socialist order, and the take the easy way (as perceived today). Of course, in the long run, all despotic socialist 'progressive' economies have turned into absolute disasters from the human perspective.
