What Goes Around …

The World Bank has become the "Our Thing" of the Management and Senior Staff, as its function has devolved into "Welfare For Despots", These tyrants get their tainted money, depleted by the customary skimming, at the expense of honest men and women. International Investment Banks, which try to avoid uneconomic lending, exist in sufficent numbers and locations to provide credit and guidance for developing countries that are not governed by bloody conspiracies.

Expunge the Vile Thing! (And the IMF!) This relic of the early Post-World War II urgent rebuilding process is no longer useful to Mankind.
