Biden, Brownback May Unite on Iraq Plan
in response to reader comment: Biden and Brownback: Co-Presidents of Iraq.

To me ,it is an amazing exercise in ignorance that only two senators out of some twenty wanna be's are able to see the scenarios that have been unfolding for some time now. Issues include STILL an urgent dialogue with Turkey re Kurds, Use of ETHNIC OR RELIGIOUS militia to protect territories, certain mechanisms to move populations if necessary and natural resource allocation. The important advantage of a three state solution is a NEW relationship between separate units and the confederative order that may eventually be very relevant if not cardinal ALSO to Israeli-Palestinian Peace ans economic inducement for all against extremism and fundamentalism.
