My roots are in the deep South, where Barbeque is a noun, and I am grateful to you for providing a thorough description of this restaurant and the know-nothing contrarian who owns it and is its guiding light. I am delighted that he is doing well, but I also am grateful to Mr. Lukas for letting me know that this place is not one that I need to try.
