Well, I don't think that you can lump Riverside in with any area and have a good air quality result - Los Angeles' westside has fair air quality while Riverside has always been the worst area for breathing/life. Who decided on this grouping? These areas aren't exactly near each other at all. Odd choice. Unless you want a bad result, that is.
