Ripped From the Airwaves

I have watched Law and Order, SVU, and Criminal intent since there inceptions, but it has been Vincent D;Onofrio as the mesmerizing and incomparably sexy Robert Goren who really towers over them all. The other actors in the shows range from excellent to superb, but none of them have created such an indelible character as has Vincent D'Onofrio!

If Criminal Intent is sinking it is solely due to Mr. Wolf himself who has continously badmouth it's primary star, treated the entire original cast as unwanted stepchildren, then committed the ultimate sin of removing Jamey Sheridan and Courtney Vance from the show, and replacing them with the abrasive and annoying Eric Bogosian. Now that is a character that sucks the life out of every scene he is in.!

I like the addition of Chris Noth(another fine actor who was unfairly ousted from the original series because he was considered by Wolf as (gasp) "to old to be sexy?'), but I wish that he could have formed a truimervate with Mr. D'Onofrio and Kathryn Erbe rather than trying to compartalize the two male characters into separate units.. Niether Juliannne Nicholson or Annabella Sciorra have brought anything to enhance the show.

If Mr. Wolf in his infinite arrogance and stupidity had not done these things as well as not ensuring that the quality of the scripts matched the high caliber of the actors, then Criminal Intent would not be in danger right now.

I want my Bobby Goren and I want him now!,NBC!!!!!
