mark you are right,but you know ever since the kelo decision goverments(nyc&nj being the worst) have used this as a gift to their favorite developers which smells to me. like mr mike has said it will be nyc 1st green community and i think he' s right i knew there was green somewhere now isee it all over mr mike &the developers hands
