What kind of biased nonsense is that? Driving a car is illegal if the proper permits aren't acquired. But most drivers are licensed.

An American can travel to China, Vietnam, Venezuela (the new Cuba, and far more malevolent) and even Iran. Isn't the prohibition on travel to Cuba a bit outmoded, by at least 16 years, when the Soviet Union collapsed?

I have no use for Fidel Castro, and the day he buys the big collective farm in the sky couldn't come soon enough for me. But I see no reason, besides kowtowing to a bunch of Cuban emigres in Florida, why travel to Cuba is outlawed.
