I commend Mr. Edward Dunne for writing a timely article regarding three very important issues facing this great city. Let's hope the Democrats follow Dunne's advice and resolve these issues by reforming the Taylor Law, repealing the Urstadt Law and reinstating the commuter tax in an effort to prevent the loss of the middle class base that is vital to NYC. I look forward to reading more of Dunne's opinions.
