Mayor's Gun Talk Begets a Warning from Rifle Group
in response to reader comment: rifles/shotguns

As a staunch supporter of the 2nd Amendment, Janice, I whole heartedly agree with you. The problem is that if Bloomberg has his way, there will be no possibility of you exercising your inherent RIGHT to protect yourself or your family. Bloomberg and his Mayor's Coalition are finally being exposed for their true agenda; gun BANS. If he and his supporters had their way, no law abiding citizen would have the ability to exercise their 2nd Amendment right. We're starting to see Mayors drop out of his coalition because they are seeing that his agenda has nothing to do with stopping illegal guns and gun violence. Rather, he is pushing draconian gun control and will stop at nothing until law abiding citizens are stripped of their right and only criminals have access to guns. Billionaire politicians only care about pushing their political agenda, not looking out for individual freedoms. It costs a heck of a lot more to combat the real issue; criminal recidivsm and socio-econimic disparity than it does to push "feel-good" legislation. And if there's one universal color in this country, it's GREEN.
