Didn't the city experiment with putting TVs in taxis before and it failed miserably? Didn't they find that most passengers found the TVs to be VERY annoying. It's one thing if the city is FORCING drivers to install these devices, it is another if they are FORCING us to watch.

Let's just hope these new electronic "improvements" which the riding public has been paying for with the recent fare increase comes with an off switch!
