When the first round of media chatter began regarding this book, and Mr Tenet clarified his use of the term "salm dunk", I decided he must be either an unabashed revisionist or, worse, a coward for his submissive position within the Bush inner circle as they schemed the multitude of eventual failures in our "WAR ON TERROR".
Thanks for your indepth review pointing out what could/should have been included in Mr Tenet's book. By the very fact that he give the Decider an implied pass on his role in the run-up and ill-fated execution of this war is, in itself, enough to convince me the book is fiction and not worth my money or time.
