Finally, a person with reason added something to this debate. Thank you Steve! Your post "Not a Tax," hits the proverbial nail right on the head. People who drive into New York are using roads and infrastructure without paying for it. Not only that, but they are contributing to the overall ill-health of New Yorkers who have to breathe in the carbon monoxide spewing from their tail pipes. In the end, we all pay for these people to use our roads.
