Blair is out, and Bush is confused and Hezbollah is faulting the Arab world for "giving Israel a lifeline"(after it's humiliating defeat in Lebanon-or so it says).

Hamas is arming itself daily even though Egypt is supposed to stop that at the border. Iran, we all know, is marching forward in it's desire for nuclear parity with Israel. It sees the light at the end of it's enrichment tunnel, yet still denies the purpose of those plants. (Hitler used pitchforks to represent guns, while his factories were preparing for a "new world order" (without Jews of course).

Israel has the means to destroy it's enemies, entire countries, within seconds, yet holds it's army back in Lebanon for fear of killing innocents. Germany and France condemn Israeli overflights of F15s, while Syria is blasted by our Condi, for continuing to support terrorism and inflaming the entire M.E.

Sooner or later something has to give. Perhaps Hezbollah will do something foolish, like sending volleys of Katys into Israel. Syria might try something absurd, like using some of ti's Scuds into Tel Aviv or Haifa.

Maybe Hamas will fire a Kassam (say it ain't so) and hit a chemical plan in Israel, causing lots of injuries or deaths. Maybe it will hit an apartment building or a school?

Then Condi can watch it all unravel on her TV set, and think about what should have been done avoid the terrible consequences of the above.

George Tenet would write a book about his suggestions when in office. English media and officials will say Blair should have made Englands aid in the Iraqi war conditional on Bush pressuring Israel (to go back to the 67 borders).

The News Hour can interview pundits on the M.E, and delve into US policy and where it failed and how the US could have defanged Israel or stopped selling them F15s, smart bombs and bunker busters. It is all Israel's fault, no matter Hamas and Hezbollah's aggressive actions.
