May be if he keeps repeating that line enough times it will make the facts go away. Those facts including the massive funding for transit improvements in neighborhoods that need more transportation choices, and that drivers currently getting a free ride on our billion-dollar to maintain bridges SHOULD be paying for that privelege and not be subsidized by the lower-income, transit riding majority of New Yorkers like they are now.
