He will be recorded in history as one of the worst of the twentieth century Presidents, eclipsed only by Carter, Clinton, Johnson and some of the earlier ones. The list would exclude, of course, Theodore Roosevelt and Ronald Reagan, who were real American Presidents. These two men put the welfare of the United States before any other agenda they might have had.
