There are democratic, patriotic Muslims among us in large numbers. Some are religious, even fundamentalist. Others are rather secular. But their voices are drowned out by the Muslim American organizations that are nothing but fronts for the very un-democratic Muslim Brotherhood; these organizations have millions of oil dollars at their disposal. The dollars buy the best lawyers, the best spin from public relation firms, and even co-opt some segments of the media. These organizations seem to be working relentlessly to convince Muslims that they cannot be part of our communities and Nation. Many American Muslims, and their fellow citizens, believe otherwise. The Public Broadcasting Service should disseminate the film, Islam Vs The Islamists: Voices From the Muslim Center. Who and what are they afraid of?
