Rep Paul was right in regards to Islamic terrorists demands on 9/11. There were 4. End the Iraqi "no-fly zones", lift UN sanctions on Saddam, remove all US forces from Saddam's borders and then, of course, destroy Israel. Isn't it curious that nearly all involved sanctions on Saddam? If Saddam wasn't tied to the 9/11 attacks, they were certainly tied to him.
