There is solid legal ground on which to proceed with this suit. Questions of fact are at issue as well as questions of law. If the defendents succeed in their initial attack against this suit, and it is unjustly dismissed because of possible sympathies to their position by a judge appointed by George Bush, it will be another travesty of justice to add to the long list of injustices compiled by this lawless band of right wing thugs. For once in this administration, let there be some measure of accountability for wrongdoing that has tarnished the rule of law and harmed the American People.
