I agree with the movement to avoid ornementation, and stark fonctionality. But it does not deal with bauhaus functionalist vision (like theses lightly balcony?).
And even not, does landmark only rely on archtiectural signifiance? would you not say that federal house in the village are either just "pile of brick". But is it not the symbol of housing program of the 60's ? Should we not presevate such pile of brick then?

Finaly we shoould not forget it deals with avoid condos of the areas, and i guess many apartment are not in such a good state, and not easy to live in, so turning into condos will improve the state of the flat.
