Any communication with the malignant Dervishes presently oppressing the Persians, Azeris, Baluchis, and Aryans with their misconceived notion of the rites appropriate to the solemn worship of a Benevolent Deity should be in response to their humble petition imploring the contimuation of their miserable existence. The concluding three words of the demarche to be delivered by a United States State Department Clerk-Intern: "Tremble and obey". Else, the pre-conditions for worthwhile discussions do not exist.
