One issue I see right off the bat that goes against the thinking here is the following.

1. Science depends upon cause and effect relationships. Yet when you go back far enough you are left with an effecti but cannot find the cause. This being so, Science, the very thing used to explain the universe if undermined at a fundamental level.

2. Studying Darwin and the arguments against evolution make it clear that it is not sound - this is the basis of biology.

3. Consider Hume's uniformity of Nature argument. This is the idea that science depends on the past resembling the future. This is a assumption we make by faith in the past resembling the future and not absolutely.
