Train to JFK May Lose to Second Avenue Line

Submitted by Hilary Hinds Kitasei, May 21, 2007 09:36

Once I discovered how convenient the Skytrain and A train are to travel to and from JFK -- and from many points besides lower Manhattan - I became skeptical of the need for a new rail link. Why not upgrade the A train? Make the seats plush, retrofit the cars and stations for baggage, skip stops. The A train IS the rail link.
