Is the apparatus to enforce this legislation in place??? Where are the people needed to process 12,000,000+ requests for 'Z' (amnesty) forms? Have provisions for funding this' Amnesty', and "Pathway to Citizenship" been provided, so we can offer Citizenship to foreign nationals who have never sought it before, and 'demonstrate' (practice intimitdation)in our streets waving Flags of their Homeland ,shouting slogans in the language of their 'homeland', How are we to know who was here before a day in January, 2007, and who are Johnny come latelys. How are we to enforce the provision that illegal aliens who have lived and worked here ( in some cases for decades) are going to rush to 'sign up'?

As to the 'fence' one fears that provision will go the way of the 1993 proviision passed, and funded, for a desperately needed 'fence' in the San Diego border area.....Wondering how that is going? It still hasn't been built.....Seems 'Environmental Issues' have stalled construction since 1993.........Even after terrorist attacks that killed thousands on our own soil, 'Environmental Issues' apparently trump National Security.

Shouldn't there be secure borders.......before we embark on "the Pathway to Citizenship"
