Chambers Street Bursting With Luxury Residential Projects

I know that time's are changing, but changing at the expense of the "average joe". It seems that all the things that made it fun to go downtown are disappearing and in it's place are tall, monstrous buildings - some mixed use so that people leave their office to live in what sometimes resembles another office building at exhorbitant prices.

We need stores like Ralph's, and affordable living space, not all us are "The Donald".

I suppose it's "c'est le vie",
