When I first read the May 15th editorial, I couldn't help but think of Swift's, A Modest Proposal. I thought you were being satirical but you were not. You made a serious proposal and your proposal deserves serious consideration. It's definately "outside the box" thinking which is where great ideas are generated. Cogratulations, this acorn of an idea can grow into something big if nurtured.
