The Honorable Mayor does seem to be traveling the elite road here. It seems that many politicians do. All in all, it is a somewhat ridiculous agenda that the mayors of these larger cities are trying to impose on the remainder of the country. Enforcement of present laws would seem to be the best and obvious way to go here. Some of our so-called leaders need to look in their own backyard to rectify situations with crime problems. They all seem to forget that morality issues are a pressing problem, and one that criminals don't seem to possess. The NSSF and other groups that adhere to safe use of firearms, do back-up law-enforcement efforts to curb unlawful use of guns.
This agenda is mostly a political calling card for those involved, and needs to be exposed as such.
Best regards,
Jim Barnard Sistersvelle,WV
