Visiting ‘Scar of David' Author Is Criticized

Once again it goes to show how constrained freedom of expression has become. Ms. Susan Abulhawa the author of the book, "The Scar of David' is required reading in literature class by Kingsborough Community College. I am very sad to learn that a book store such as Barnes & Nobles's has backed out from keeping its commitment to allow Ms. Abulhawa to read her book at their store on May 24 due to pressure from a group of people who do not believe in freedom of expression. Ms. Susan Abulhawa should be given the opportunity just like any other authors to share her book.

what is it they have to hide? What is it they are afraid of? Truth can never be hidden from falsehood. The more censorship the more people would want to buy it.
