One Albany Lawmaker Isn't Much for Making Law

This is unfortunate given the fact that Assemblyman Powell comes from a very political family. However, maybe in this case is not "like father, like son".

In my opinion, this could be a reflection of Assemblyman Powell's lack of interaction with his community. I am sure that if he was to do a survey, his constituents would come up with many, many suggestions. Out of there, he could propose some bills.

Sometimes, more often then we like to believe, the constituents have very good solutions to the problems affecting their neighborhoods.

The Sun is doing a great job in highlighting stories like this. Maybe an article highlighting each borough's Assemblymembers could be an article/story for the near future.
