with no sufficient information provided, and with just guessing a figure of 70% the intelligence officer who's supposed to be intellegent himself and addressing a non-stupid intelligent people, fairly not all people around the world and their leaders with the level of stupidity as the American's president and his audience, this intellegence officer is assuming that this is the tactics of the insurgents.

if they are so much aware of the tactics, why they don't share the information with the syrians directly instead of using the media? didn't the syrians ask them so many times to share such info?! besides, who is having 250,000 troops on their lands without counting their own forces both internal security forces and army along the long borders if they fear the coming of insurgents from Syria.

it's all an execuse to carry on the war which was meant to be from the begining as Syria, and Iran are both on the Bush Administration List of targeted countries.
