You can look up the property owner at New York City Map: http://gis.nyc.gov/doitt/cm/CityMap.htm
and then take that block and lot number to the Department of Finance to find contact information for the owner of the property here: http://nyc.gov/html/dof/html/jump/acris.shtml.
But invoking Lindsay for a couple cluttered sidewalks is sort of outrageous, i mean, it was quite literally a natural disaster.
