The Great Man of Italy

Submitted by Francesco Garibaldi-Hibbert, May 31, 2007 02:11

This is indeed a timely study since this year we celebrate the bi-centenary of his birth the 4 july 1807. There are many events taking place both in Italy and in many other countries, too many to be able to mention them all. As a direct descendant I would like to direct your readers to our website that has been created for these celebrations.

In a couple of day the official Italian tourist office will also be publishing a special report on the bi-centenary celebrarations on their website www.italia.it.
