On the Red Hook Waterfront

It just goes to show you, that mixed use development allows everyone in the community to prosper. There is no fear of real estate values plummeting simply because a container port is near by nor that a cruise ship in all its majesty is something to frown upon.

Why can't the people in the Peninsula across the river way understand?

While the scenery is gorgeous, with old world charm. It co-mingles with a hint of modern flair, So I dare.

Creating a community that is not afraid to co-exist is what makes it that much more special.

So I dare the people on the Jersey side to compare.

I dought they will find a tax advantage there...if they don't consider what is already a proven winner and expand upon their horizons and do as the industrial chic of SoHo, TriBeCa, DUMBO, and Williamsburg do.

Simply, co-exhist.
