Despite the allegiations concerning Mr. Carson racial position and criminal activity, he did do alot for the community we all have skeltons he was man enough o change and serve his community. I think the community should be able to determine their street naming and heroes. It is about self determination no more no less their are many racial people in the council and many street names that can be challenged.

It's time to respect the rights of the community
