Actually, it wasn't created by a BBC show, the BBC had a hand in it, but the Zimmers are produced by Mike Hedges (of U2 fame). What any of this has to do with America or any nationality is a real mind blower to me, what are you talking about? I'm Peter (Geriatric1927)'s webmaster and personal friend and I live in the US. We talk daily, there's never any discussion about what this has to do with benefiting America or vise versa. The project is to benefit Age Concern. All the members of the band are from the UK. People all over the world are loving the Zimmers and have loved Peter since he started doing his Telling It All vlogs. Nationality has nothing at all to do with it. Peter's the INTERNET'S Granddad, the Internet is people from all over the world, so the Zimmers are appealing all over the world too!
