Who will have the players to match , or the prospects to match for this guy. I get mad when
any one of the guys in the lineup tanks when a rally is killed, and last year was a tough year for alex and I did a lot of yelling at him, from my couch of course, but i yelled at plenty of others too. this year he's personally saved 4-5 games now? And last years tough year is a good or great year for 99% of the rest of the league. trade Arod is a theory made up by the media , writers and sportscasters alike who just can't seem to come up with anything creative but follow arod, count how many times he taken a leak, where he is, who he's hanging out with, what would you guys write about if he was traded? Not much, stupid idea. Let's trade the homerun king when all is said and done, why does that not sound smart to me? When we pitch well, we don't hit, when we hit well, we don't pitch. The bottom line is the pitching, we need more of it, and younger, as well. who is willing to give up what it will take to get Arod in terms of pitching? Let's just face the facts, we've all been spoiled the last 11 years, life will go on if we do not make the playoffs this year, but I still have not given in to that situation either. This team has given me more joy in the last 42 years than the knicks, , Jets, rangers put together. Must have been something in the dumplings during dinner steevo, take it easy, and don't give up, it reminds me of how all the recent Yankee fans act. Keep whispering to yourself- 1978, 1978, each morning, and hopefully watch it unfold. If it doesn't, move on , but by no means trade Arod. I don't see the upside with the available players.
