I have come to the conclusion that the only thing we don't quite understand about President Bush is the fact that he doesn't consult us before he acts. He usually has good reasons for what he does, but he doesn't "sell" them to us before he acts. And after awhile I usually understand what he is trying to do, but it seems to be after the fact when I realize just what he did.
