If Cavera new he was commiting a crime by selling the guns then by all means he should have the 2 years in prison. However if he was selling most of his belongings to get ready for death or a nursing home and just made a mistake than I think lessor punishment should be served given his age. I t is hard to say without knowing all of the facts. In addition , If all judges would give harsher penalties for all violent crimes commited with any type of weopon we would most likely see a drop in crime nation wide.
