Conservative Scholars Laud Giuliani Health Plan

Guiliani's health plan sounds a little too much like President Bush's failed social security plan. As is, it certainly won't fix the problem of helping the millions of uninsured in this country. How will a $15,000 tax deduction help a family that makes little more than that in the first place? Low income families often already get all of their taxes back, so this aint going to help. Savings plan? Again, if one can hardly afford to pay the rent, how is a person going to come up with the extra cash to stick into a health savings account? It would seem to me that Mr. Romney's plan is far superior and has helped a far greater number of individuals to obtain insurance and thus health care, than Mr. Guiliani's ever will.
