I really don't understand the position that you have taken by the statement "they continue to take the Landis gamble every semester". believe that "innocent until proven guilty" is the proper approach, not "guilty until proven innocent".
Are you simply taking that position so that you have some fodder for your writting cannon? You really don't know if Floyd is guilty or simply accussed of being guilty. But I suppose if you didn't take the "guilty until proven innocent" approach yoiu really would not have much to write about and lord knows you must say something about this highly charged issue;.after all everybody is talking about it.
I wonder why there is no cross checking and real accountability as part of the analytical process in such a crucial and responisinle task. It seems starnge that the only lab that gets samples is a French lab that is accountable to no one.
