I drive for a living and I see the result of closing the south drive of the park now.(June 11,2007). Traffic on 5th avenue!!! This city is not only congested with cars but with people also.Pedestrians also endanger themselves by constatly crossing against the red light,standing and walking in the roadways, etc.How come jaywalking is not enforced.?
